02What we collect

We collect only what we need to deliver what you asked for:

• Idea Check orders: the idea brief you write and, if you add one, a product URL. Both are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and are never sent to Stripe or placed in URLs. We also store, with the order, your consent to immediate delivery (time, language and wording version) as proof required by consumer law. For the analysis, the brief and a short summary of the public product page are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic (see Service providers).
• Payment: the plan, amount, order status and Stripe payment references. After payment, Stripe gives us the email address you entered at checkout so we can send your report; it is stored encrypted with the order.
• Waitlist: your email address (stored encrypted, plus a keyed hash so we can avoid duplicates), the list you chose, your language and the date and version of your consent.
• Emails you send us, for as long as needed to answer them.
• Technical logs kept by our hosting provider (such as IP address and request time) for security and to keep the service running.

03Card payments

Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe Checkout. We never see or store your card details. Stripe processes payment data under its own privacy policy.

04Why we use it (legal bases under the GDPR)

• To prepare and deliver your Idea Check and handle your order: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To keep the payment records that accounting and tax law require: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• To email you when testing packages open or about joining the tester community: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
• To protect the service against abuse and keep it secure: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

05What we never do

• We do not publish, sell or share your idea, and we do not reuse it for anything other than your report.
• We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
• We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

06Service providers

We use a small number of providers that process data on our behalf:

• Vercel: website hosting. Our server functions run in Vercel's Frankfurt (EU) region.
• Supabase: database for encrypted orders and the waitlist, hosted in the eu-central-1 (Frankfurt) region (EU).
• Stripe: payment processing.
• Anthropic (Anthropic PBC, USA): AI analysis for Idea Check. We send your idea brief and a short text summary of the public pages of the product URL you gave (never full pages, payment data or your email). Under Anthropic's commercial API terms this data is not used to train models and is kept by Anthropic for a limited period (up to 30 days) before deletion.

07International transfers

Some providers are part of groups based outside the EU/EEA. Where data may leave the EU/EEA, they rely on safeguards recognised by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Anthropic processes Idea Check data in the USA under the Standard Contractual Clauses.

08How long we keep data

• Idea brief, product URL and report: until you ask us to delete them. You can ask at any time.
• Payment records: for as long as accounting and tax law require.
• Waitlist: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.

09Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of or a copy of your personal data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect processing done before. Write to contact@drkdentaltraining.com.

You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. In Romania this is the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro).

10Cookies

The public site sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. A strictly necessary session cookie is used only when our own staff log in to the internal dashboard. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout pages, under Stripe's policy.

11Security

Briefs, product URLs, buyer emails and waitlist emails are encrypted at rest. Internal pages require authentication and are excluded from search engines. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.

12Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Significant changes will be shown on this page before they apply.
