02What you can buy today

Idea Check (€50, one-off) is the only service currently for sale. You send a short brief about your idea. We research publicly available sources (the public web) and email a secure link (valid 30 days) to your written report to the email address you entered at Stripe Checkout, within 2 hours of payment (usually much sooner). If the automated check fails, we deliver the report manually as soon as possible.

The report contains a yes/no verdict on whether something similar already exists, the closest competitors we found with a short description each, links to the evidence, and possible ways to differentiate.

Testing packages (Spark, Sprint, Standard, Growth) and Audit are shown with their prices for transparency but are not for sale. Joining a waitlist creates no obligation for you or for us.

03What the report is and is not

The report is research based on public information available at the time of the search. We cannot guarantee that we find every similar product, including unpublished or private ones. It is not legal advice, a trademark or patent search, or a guarantee of commercial success.

04Price and payment

Prices are in euro. DRKDENTAL TRAINING SRL is not VAT registered (neplătitor de TVA), so no VAT is added: the price shown is the total you pay. Payment is made by card through Stripe Checkout before work starts. You receive a payment receipt from Stripe by email.

05Your right of withdrawal (consumers)

The Idea Check report is digital content supplied immediately after payment. At checkout you expressly ask us to deliver it immediately and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the report is delivered (Directive 2011/83/EU art. 16(m); Romanian GEO 34/2014 art. 16 lit. m). We record that consent, its time and wording version with your order and confirm it in the delivery email.

Until the report is delivered you can still withdraw by writing to contact@drkdentaltraining.com, and we refund you in full. Once the report is delivered, the purchase is final and we do not refund it. Your other statutory consumer rights, including remedies for a report that does not conform to this description, are not affected.

06Late delivery: full refund

If we do not deliver your Idea Check report within 2 hours of payment, you can ask for a full refund: write to contact@drkdentaltraining.com with your order email before the report reaches you and we refund you through Stripe to the card you paid with. A report delivered before your request is not refunded.

07Your idea and your content

Your idea stays yours. You give us permission to use your brief only to prepare your report. We keep it confidential and handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not send us information you are not allowed to share.

Once delivered, the report is yours to use for your own purposes.

08Acceptable use

Do not use LaunchProbe for anything unlawful, to submit content that infringes other people's rights, or to try to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.

09Liability

We prepare every report with care. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

This limit does not apply where the law does not allow it, for example for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and it does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

10Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.

11Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live.

Disputes go to the competent courts in Romania, without affecting a consumer's right to bring proceedings in their own country. Consumers in Romania can also complain to the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro).
